The hidden gem we found in the desert had beautiful gardens with a refreshing pool, a Moroccan style dining room with comfy seating and great hospitality. The rooms were clean with traditional decor, and views from the rooms of the surrounding palms were stunning. We particularly enjoyed the big breakfasts and delicious dinners served on-site.
The Wi-Fi was somewhat slow at times, and there wasn't always much available that was within walking distance. However, the hotel staff were happy to set up excursions or order taxis to help get around.

Somewhat aged hotel in great location, easy to find with private parking, large room facing the garden with pool. Rich breakfast buffet - own refrigerator in the room.
Furnishing of the rooms.

Beautifully situated hotel with a wonderful palm garden with swimming pool and very atmospheric dining room
Upon our arrival, we were surprised right at the reception with the offer of the desert trip, which was not very transparent and which we had to pay immediately in cash, what then led to some misunderstandings in the final account. The trip into the desert was very nice and impressive also thanks to the nice care of the driver Yusef.

We loved the hotel's well-maintained pool and the helpful staff who organized a fantastic desert trip for us. The hotel's beautiful garden was also a highlight. We appreciated being able to store our bags and do laundry during our trip, and the 2 pm check-out time was a nice touch. The hotel's location, away from the hustle and bustle of the city, made it easy to catch a yellow taxi to explore the area, including the stunning desert sights.
No issues.

This hotel offers exceptional value for money. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. They organized an amazing trip to Erg Chigaga, which was an absolute highlight of our visit. The location is perfect, just a short taxi ride away from the bus stations, and the hotel itself is beautifully decorated, giving off a sense of true Moroccan charm. We were pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness of the pool and the stunning views of the palm trees from our room. Additionally, the breakfast was delicious and the staff ensured that we had a hearty meal before our early departure.
No improvements necessary - everything was perfect.

Staying at a hotel in the middle of the Sahara desert was an unforgettable experience. the pool was clean and beautiful, and the hotel's decorations were authentically Moroccan. the staff was friendly and helpful, organizing transportation and desert excursions. the room had fridges and a good view of the palm trees.
One of the staff members reportedly gave the wrong change to a guest, and another waited for a tip in the guest's room.

The hotel had a nice pool which is a plus during hot weather. the gardens were also beautiful, which added to the relaxing vibe. the location was good because it was close to the desert for some activities, and it was easy to get a taxi into town for other options.
The rooms were dirty and outdated, and the shared toilets and showers were not very inviting. It was also loud in the rooms, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! the attention to detail was superb, from the charming stain glass windows overlooking the pool area to the traditional Moroccan decor in the common rooms. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service throughout my visit. Secondly, the location in the Sahara desert added an element of adventure to my stay, with gorgeous views of the palm trees right from my room. Lastly, the breakfast was a real treat, with a good selection of food including the most delicious pancakes I've ever had!
Everything was perfect, no improvements needed.

The staff here is lovely and goes out of their way to make your stay memorable, even with a language barrier. The basic but clean rooms offer gorgeous views over the palm trees, creating a serene atmosphere. Additionally, the breakfast provided is delicious, providing you with fuel for the day ahead.
All in all, our stay at this hotel was absolutely fine.
